His principal areas of practice are corporations, commercial, property (including town planning and environmental law) and administrative law. Nik also specialises in federal anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation. He is available to appear and advise on compliance and enforcement issues and proceedings brought under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
