Lisa has a general practice in commercial law and public law, and she regularly appears in the Federal Court and in the Supreme Court of Victoria. She has also appeared, as junior counsel, in a number of cases in the High Court of Australia. Within that general practice, Lisa has developed a number of specialist areas including: appeals; conflicts of law and jurisdictional issues (in both intranational and transnational litigation); constitutional law and judicial review.
