Daniel Clough

Daniel practises in commercial and public law. He has expertise in trade practices and is a member of the LCA Trade Practices Committee. He was a director in Telecommunications at the ACCC, Senior Associate at Allens and Associate to Brennan CJ. He has LLMs with first class honours from the University of Melbourne and with highest honours from Columbia University, New York. He lectures Economics for Competition Lawyers at the University of Melbourne.
