David is an accredited mediator and an arbitrator, and practices in several areas of commercial law in the Supreme and Federal Courts. After conducting several lengthy cases between 1985 and 2006 including Hosokowa Micron v Fortune(1990) 26 FCR 393; CIBC Aust ats Linter Group (1992) 26ACSR580; Amadio Pty Ltd ats Henderson[1995]62FCR1; Alpine Hardwoods v Hardys Pty Ltd(2002)167 FLR 214 and Walker v Masillamani [2007] VSC 172 most significant cases since then have settled before trial.
