Charmaine Lye

Charmaine practises predominantly in matters involving corporations, trade practices, agency, sale of goods, contracts and torts. She has considerable experience with international corporate, commercial and financial projects and transactions as well as capital markets and white collar crime. She is a law reorter for the Commonwealth Law Reports and authored the updates to Concurrent Torts, Strict Liability and Damages in the Torts Title of "The Laws of Australia" (2nd edition).
