William Alstergren

Will Alstergren,  LLM,  is a former stockbroker and securities advisor. He has over the last 19 years had a  general commercial litigation practice in both the Supreme Court and the Federal Court and in commercial arbitrations. His practice has included appearing in large and complex litigation being led and leading more junior members of counsel. He is well experienced with the use of electronic court books and other electronic forms of document management. He has also appeared in many matters in the Full Federal Court and in the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria as well as running trials in NSW and Western Australia.
Areas of experience include general commercial, securities, insolvency, intellectual property and restraint of trade. He has acted for and against large national and international commercial clients.
