Maryanne has expertise in most areas of commercial dispute in the superior Courts and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Her particular areas of practice are contractual disputes, banking and financial services, trade practices, property and sale of land, franchises, insurance and commercial leases.

Maryanne was a member of the Executive Committee of CommBar from 2007 to 2010 and co-developed its website. She was the founding Chief Editor of the CommBar newsletter between May 2007 and March 2010.
