Paul Duggan came to the Bar in May 1996.

While he has a mainly commercial practice he also appears in administrative, criminal and professional disciplinary jurisdictions.

He is frequently briefed in VCAT (especially in the Domestic Building List) but has experience in all Victorian courts including the Court of Appeal.
