John is the author of Equity, Restitution & Fraud, Commercial Equity: Fiduciary Relationships and nearly 50 chapters in books and articles in refereed law journals.
His specializations are tax law (state and federal), and the law of trusts - though John has also practised in wills and estates, insolvency and corporate law.
