Lydia brings an extensive business background from an earlier career.  She has a strong commercial practice that includes advices, appearances at all stages of proceedings and negotiated settlements in the areas of corporations and securities, contracts, insolvency and probate law. 

Lydia’s special interests are insolvency and equitable remedies.
