Glen Pauline

Glen signed the Bar Roll in 2001 after practising for seven years at Maddocks, the Office of Public Prosecutions and Norton Gledhill. 

He practises in commercial disputes involving contract, trade practices, enforcement of financial agreements, property, equity and joint venture disputes involving breaches of directors and fiduciary duties.

He has a special interest in employment law, including termination of employment issues and matters involving the Australian Building & Construction Commissioner. 

Glen has trial experience alone and as junior counsel.
