Caroline Kirton SC

Caroline is a senior junior counsel with extensive experience in commercial and litigation, particulary in the areas of construction law, property law, retail tenancies, professional negligence, equity, trusts and trade practices.

Caroline appears in the superior courts, at VCAT, at arbitrations and before disciplinary tribunals. Caroline has a significant paperwork practice, including advice work and the preparation of pleadings.

Caroline has been extensively involved in the teaching of advocacy skills and has taught nationally and internationally as an instructor with the Australian Institue of Advocacy, Leo Cussen Institute, the Victorian Bar Readers Course and the Australian Bar Association.
