Carrie Rome-Sievers

Carrie specialises in insolvency law, other aspects of corporations and securities law including directors duties, bankruptcy, banking and finance, contract law and equity.

She has lectured at post-graduate level in corporate insolvency and reconstruction law at the University of Melbourne and is writing a doctoral thesis on the topic of commercial fraud and recovery of assets - projected completion date June 2009.
