Hamish practises in all aspects of commercial law at both trial and appellate levels. In addition to appearance work, Hamish has advised on general commercial matters, equity, superannuation, complex trust arrangements, takeovers, liquidation, and pro bono on human rights. Hamish has recently published in the Law Institute Journal, Wills and Probate Bulletin, International Trade and Business Law Annual and in a compendium published by Cambridge University Press.
