Michelle specialises in town planning, local government, heritage, resources and environmental law. She regularly appears in the Planning and Environment List at VCAT, and in administrative law reviews in the Supreme Court (from decisions of an environmental, resource, planning, local government or heritage basis) and before ministerial appointed panels, environmental effects enquiries and advisory committees.
