Anthony O'Donoghue

Anthony (Tony) has been practising at the Bar since 2002, specialising in bankruptcy, administrative, migration and general commercial law. Prior to coming to the Bar, Tony had extensive experience as a solicitor (over 20 years) with the Australian Government Solicitor. For many years, Tony was the National Co-ordinator for the Commonwealth for the extensive litigation arising out of the Voyager collision. Tony is an active member of the Bar Law Reform Committee.
