Paul Cosgrave S.C., Chair

Paul is a commercial barrister with a particular interest in superannuation law.  He has acted as a Director of the Victorian Bar Superannuation Fund since 2000 and is a member of the Self Managed Super Fund Professionals Association of Australia.  He has presented talks and written papers on various superannuation issues.

Marita Wall, Secretary and Monitor

Marita was a member of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal from 1994 to 2007.  She lectures and is involved in regular workshops on superannuation issues and speaks at conferences conducted by bodies such as the Law Council of Australia, ASFA and the Law Institute of Victoria.  She is a member of various industry bodies and organisations.

Penny Neskovcin, Assistant Secretary

Penny was a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson before signing the Bar Roll.  Her work as a commercial litigator included superannuation litigation.  She was the foundation secretary of the Superannuation Section of the Commercial Bar Association.
