Anthony (Tony) Nolan S.C., Chair

Tony is the Deputy Chair Sports Law Section of CommBar; the Chair of the FFV Appeals Board; the Chair of the VTCA Appeals Board; the Chair of the NBL Appeals Board and the AFL Arbitrator.

Will Alstergren, Deputy Chair

Will is the Secretary of the Sports Law Section of CommBar, the Vice President of the Victorian Olympic Council, a delegate to the Australian Olympic Committee and Vice President of the Australian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Association. Will was the coach of the Bobsleigh and Skeleton Olympic Teams for the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino and has acted for many national sporting associations and athletes. Will is a former member of the Victorian Bar Council and holds the office of Treasurer.  He is a current member of the Ethics Committee and the Chairman of the Duty Barristers Scheme Committee.

Anthony Burns, Assistant Secretary

Tony is the Assistant Secretary of the Sports Law Section of CommBar. He is also a Chairman of the Harness Racing Victoria Appeals Board and a Sessional Chair of the Victorian Turf Cricket Association Tribunal.  Otherwise, Tony appears in various sporting Tribunals including the AFL, the VFL, the FFV Soccer and FFA Soccer Tribunals.
