Elspeth Strong  has appeared in intellectual property and trade practices proceedings across the range of patent, trade mark, copyright, designs, price fixing, misleading and deceptive conduct, unconscionable conduct and passing off actions.

Andrew Maryniak, Secretary

Andrew has an extensive practice covering all aspects of intellectual property law, including related trade practices law.  He predominantly practises in the Federal Court of Australia.  He is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia & New Zealand and the Copyright Society of Australia. 

James Samargis, Assistant Secretary

James has a strong interest in technology and design with a science background (physics). He is a patent attorney (electrical/mechanical) and trade mark attorney.

He serves on the IP&IT committee of the Commercial Law Section of the Law Institute and is a director of Craft Victoria, the peak State body for designer-makers.
