Michael Thompson S.C., Deputy Chair

Michael has practised law since 1979 and been a member of the Victorian Bar since 1991, being appointed Senior Counsel in 2005. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a committee member of the Victorian Branch of the Australian Insurance Law Association. Michael principally represents liability insurers, advising and appearing in respect of both liability and indemnity issues.

Paul Duggan, Co-Secretary

Paul Duggan has practised as an insurance and professional negligence lawyer since 1991 and as a barrister since 1996. Along with Kate Anderson he is a secretary of the Insurance and Professional Negligence Law Section of the Commercial Bar Association.
