Nunzio Lucarelli Q.C., Chair

Nunzio Lucarelli QC has practised in large, complex commercial litigation as a barrister for 23 years. He is experienced in all facets of trial and appellate advocacy in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. He has been accredited as a mediator since 26 July 1995 and as a nationally accredited mediator since 1 July 2008.

Before being called to the Victorian Bar, Nunzio was a solicitor at Arthur Robinson & Co. (now Allens Arthur Robinson) and later was associate to the Hon Justice Woodward of the Federal Court.

Nunzio is also fluent in Italian.
