Members of the Construction Bar of CommBar offer a full range of independent advisory and advocacy services in connection with aspects and all phases of construction and engineering disputes, in the traditional and alternative dispute resolution forums. 

These services ensure that advice and representation is available at all times and can be delivered in a relatively low cost and flexible manner. 

Our members have a set of unique skills.  These include highly developed advocacy skills as well as tactical expertise and the preparation of the factual, legal and technical aspects of a case. 

In providing these services, we are developing a carefully considered case strategy to achieve the best possible outcome on the merits, as well as to ensure the most efficient allocation of the clients' resources. 

This knowledge also enables our members to provide invaluable advice on all pre-dispute and post-dispute issues, at any stage, including pre-contract.
