About the Association

The Commercial Bar Association of Victoria (“CommBar”) is the representative body for Commercial Barristers at the Victorian Bar.

A collective resource

CommBar gives you centralised access to a group of barristers who, through their group collaboration, are more informed, up to date, better skilled and are thought leaders in commercial law.

• CommBar provides with a collegiate forum for sharing and improving knowledge and skills.

• Together we discuss points of law and we review recent developments in commercial law.

• As a body we provide ongoing education for members, we contribute to law reform and we liaise with State and Federal Governments, courts, tribunals and other groups in relation to commercial law.
